Smoked trout with roasted jalapeños

Oh! This smoked trout was amazing. It was served on a mound of cream cheese, with roasted jalapeños, "winter" tomatoes and a sprinkling of maybe cayenne and sumac? This menu was mostly in French, except the specials board, which the server was nice enough to read to me!
