Princess Cake

Friday Fika and a staff birthday party. I'm so happy to celebrate. This Princess Cake is apparently a very typical Swedish cake. I'm told it is regularly tinted this pretty light green. Covered with a thin marzipan, inside it was whipped cream over two layers of sponge cake, and a berry jam in between.
