Old Fashioned Toaster

My Air BnB host said that her mother bought this in the 70s, in Uppsala. It only toasts one side at a time, and happens sort of “all of a sudden”. I really liked it, because of how fast it toasted and for how little space it takes up. I thought it looked a bit like an object of torture, though!
