Easter Brunch

One of my brothers is named Carl, and so is Sweden's King. The menu, here, was in Swedish but I recognized the word for salmon lox. I thought it was going to be an omelette, but realized afterwards that if I had looked more closely, I would have seen a recognizable word for "poached egg." It was a happy mistake because Eggs Benedict is my favorite and this was an especially good one!
